Scale and Speed: This basic search app permits users to web search utilising Google Dorking with one search term.
This simple console based app was born out of necessity, one of my auxiliary specialist skills is OSINT investigations. One of the major downsides of investigations is the time spent researching. Anything one can do to speed up or automate searching, the better. I therefore combined specialist Google Dorking searches with automation. The user can enter one search term or name and the app will automatically apply this to three Google Dorking searches which appear in three separate Google Tabs. The search term is searched for in .docx files, .pdf and as an intext search. The app then permits the user to do an auxiliary search within a specific website. The automated search tool also bypasses Google's recognition of search bot behaviour by purposefully creating a delay between each search request and the tab opening. Without this functionality the user would have to prove they are not a bot on each tab, significantly delaying the process and negating the benefit of the app.
Please watch a demonstration of the App below.
